If you have oily skin. apply thin layers of color directly to clean eyelids using fingertips or soft nylon Illuminare? Eye Color/Concealer Brush. If you have normal to dry skin. try using a small amount of moisturizer or foundation to eyelids as a base before spreading thin layers of eye colors over top. To add shimmer. let colors dry slightly before spreading shimmer over top or blend into any color to change intensity.
