After cleansing hair with ENJOY holistic shampoo of choice. rinse and remove excess water. Liberally apply ENJOY holistic Mask and comb through hair. Leave on 2-5 minutes and rinse thoroughly. For a more intense treatment. cover with plastic cap and use heat for 15-20 minutes. then rinse thoroughly.
